We had an incredible experience at this VRBO property! From the moment we arrived, the owners were exceptionally welcoming and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable making us feel right at home. The house itself was just perfect—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. We especially appreciated the owner's hospitality and personal touches that really set this place apart. Terrific experience start to finish! Nina & Joe have a lovely home/property; and, they were so easy and friendly to work with. The house had everything we needed, plus more! Our family (spread across 3 generations) had a wonderful stay for our trip to South Bend. The house could not be more convenient to get to campus and we had a terrific overall experience. From the minute we walked in, the house looked and smelled so clean and we found thoughtful items waiting for us at our arrival. Nina did an excellent job of communication throughout our entire stay and you can tell she really cares about her guests and her terrific vacation home. The beds were all very comfortable and even the little details seemed to be very well thought through - plenty of plush towels, cleaning and laundry supplies, well stocked kitchen - even the toilet paper was the upgraded kind you rarely find in a rental, lol! The house layout worked perfectly for our group and we will definitely look to book this again the next time we are in town. Thanks again for everything Nina and Go Irish!

Our family group all stayed at the house which was very well equiped and the owner was very helpful with a couple of special requests that we had entered. We brought food with us and the kitchen worked well for us to heat up and serve our meals. The backyard was great for the kids to run around. Location made it easy to get to campus. We really enjoyed our stay!

Had a great stay. The house is updated and well kept. Nice new towels were a plus as well. There were ten of us there and nobody had to take a cold shower as the water heater kept up just fine. They left coffee, donuts and milk which was another nice surprise. Overall great place to stay.

Four couples and our kids stayed here for a graduation in Berrien Springs, MI. Our hosts were gracious and seemed to have thought of everything. The house was beautiful and spotless. We had a fabulous stay in South Bend. This was the perfect house for our graduation celebration. Our group of 8 traveled from 4 states to celebrate! It felt like we were home. The house was so clean and well decorated. The beds are comfortable and the two sitting areas was a perfect way to spread out and enjoy conversations. The kitchen had everything we needed. The donuts, milk and coffee were a nice touch. We even enjoyed the rain - we haven't seen rain in Arizona for months! Great stay - I highly recommend this home!

We stayed here with 8 adults and 4 kids, the kids were 5 and under. The house was great for the adults, the yard was great for adults and children. They left us donuts and milk and water, there is a washer and dryer in case you need it. It was pretty great. We even had a mishap and they helped us through it. The stay itself is great, the only reason I didn't give 5 star is because there was not an easy way to have us all sit together, even with a card table it was hard since the dining table only sat 4. Also, because the house was not childproof, it's a trilevel, so 2 sets of stairs and we tried putting up a baby gate but the wall was not strong enough for a pressure mount one and we put a whole in the wall, thankfully we were able to fix it and owners didn't charge us for it, we patched it up. Anyway, there is a large mirror there that's low. So overall I recommend this house for people but if you have kids under 2, think creatively about the stairs.

This is probably the best vrbo home we've ever stayed in...and we've stayed in many over the years! It is beautifully appointed and all the beds and linens are plush and plenty. Nina and Joe have thought of everything one might need during a stay away from home. The patio and yard are perfect for dining and outdoor games. Doughnuts and milk upon arrival were such a lovely touch. Can't say enough good things about this rental. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We were so thankful that we were able to stay here during our son's graduation. The house was very comfortable and very clean! Everything we needed was there to make our stay wonderful, including delicious treats on arrival! Prior to arrival, Nina was always very easy to get in touch with and answer any of our questions. It was easy to tell they are wonderful hosts and have thought of every detail to ensure their guests have a good stay! We especially enjoyed being able to hang out in the living room area as a family, as opposed to being in several different hotel rooms. Then, able to spread out in cozy beds when that time came too! Thank you!

This house is spectacular! We were greeted with fresh donuts, coffe, milk and bottled water for our arrival, loads of popcorn for the downstairs movie room and the house was absolutely spotless! The mattress' are comfortable, the beds aplenty and the location of the house is perfect for a Notre Dame Football get away! Thanks to Nina & Joe for making our stay memorable! We will be back again! Very clean and realy liked the layout ! Nina's attention to detail was a welcome sight after the 12 hour drive. My only complaint if you could call it one is not having another bathroom with 7 girls in the house. Would rent from her again in a heart beat, thank you. Matt

Overall, it was very god place to stay especially for big family. Only one issue we had was the upstairs bathroom. The tub was sort of clogged, water runs very slow sane thing with the toilet. I reccommend this property.

My family and I stayed at this beautiful property over the 4th of July holiday. We felt at home the first moment we walked through the door. From the personalized welcome letter to the gourmet and movie theatre popcorn w/seasoning, the home is just very welcoming. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need from cooking utensils, pots & pans to aluminum foil and Ziploc bags. The owner even provided large bottles of water in the fridge. The décor is amazing! Every decorative piece is well thought out. I left with ideas that I have already implemented in my own home one week later! The movie theatre room décor is fantastic. Excellent washer and dryer and well stocked laundry room. You can tell this home has been updated inside and out. Many of the homes on the main street have more of a historic look and feel which are equally nice. There is a Montessori school within walking distance with a nice playground that my 2-yr old nephew enjoyed. Overall: great home, great stay, good location.
