This is gated community, with amazing swimming pool and bbq areas. Parking was right on front door. Grocery store was on walking distance. The closest public beach access was about 15 minutes drive. Ricardo the contact person was very easy to contact and help us with any questions and concerns.
Property is a pet friendly community , on weekend when more people arrive with their pets, the noise is little overwhelming, specially on nights.

The neighborhood was beautiful and clean, if you have a dog it was excellent for walking and the pool looked very clean. The house was new and sliding doors gave you access to outside sitting area that was very nice. Very quite and peaceful and the staff and neighbors where friendly.
The beds and furniture where hard and uncomfortable and the beds had plastic mattress covers that you would expect for a toddler. The blinds in the master bedroom did not work so the street lights shined right in on the bed. There is a pet fee for cleaning but when we arrived there was already dog hair on the couch. There was only two of us so the size was good but it would be very cramped for 6 people.
