Appartement duplex plein sud sur le port de Bonifacio

So many great things to say. Great location in the port, everything walkable, especially if you like boats! Beds comfy, great air con upstairs and down, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, good shower, coffee machine, big fridge freezer, plenty of different glasses and crockery, lovely little balcony for breakfast or lunch which loses the sun in the late afternoon but that's not all bad when hot and you can watch the boats come and go with a drink as the sun goes down. So much good but a few things that slightly let it down.

All getting a bit tired. Mostly small stuff and easily put right but it feels a bit unloved. Some cutlery going a bit rusty, paint flaking, balcony furniture quite old, wine openers feel light weight and about to break each time you use them. None of these were terrible but just need a bit of a spruce up. The main down side was the VERY noisy nightclub on the other side of the port which the owner can't do anything about but you should be warned. This blares out music really loud from 11pm to 1am every single night and until 2am on Friday and Saturday. Google it and you can see that many residents/holiday makers aren't happy. Why they insist on it as when you walk by its not particulalry well attended either. Great fun occasionally and would expect it some nights but you need to know it is every single night. And VERY loud that you can feel as well as hear. I guess this is reflected in the price. Such a shame is without this we would have scored much higher.

The best things about this property are the excellent location right on the harbour and the fantastic day and night view. it is well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. The girls from All In One are friendly and really helpful.

The property layout is a bit quirky with bedrooms upstairs and bathroom downstairs so one is up and down the stairs a lot! The cracked perspex dining chairs need replacing.
