Labiausiai pakerėjo šeimininkų komunikabilumas ir paslaugumas. Automobilį pastatyti jokių problemų: nori - statai gatvėje, nori kieme, kur parkavimo aikštelė tikrai didelė, sustos bet kas. Centras, Senamiestis lengvai pasiekiami viešuoju transportu. Šalia pigiausio kuro kolonėlė.

Good appartment, nothing fancy though. We enjoyed spending time in the Garden and just a short tram ride to town.

Powierzchniowo faktycznie duże mieszkanie. Express do kawy na plus.
Niestety warunki bardzo spartańskie: - przedpokój a'la kuchnia, drzwi wejściowe nie szczelne przez co zimno. - Brak ogrzewania w łazience, - W umywalce w łazience tylko zimna woda - bardzo mało miejsca w łazience - brudno, pełno cudzych kosmetyków kratka wentylacyjna zapchana, brak miejsca w łazience - jeden ręcznik do mycia oraz kuchni oraz rąk. Konieczność suszenia w pokoju. - Brak rolet w oknach, co powoduje duży dyskomfort gdyż z domu wielorodzinnego z naprzeciwka widać przez obecne zasłony wszystko. Niestety zero prywatności. - ogólny stan mebli, wyposażenia w mieszkaniu jest bardzo niski. - problem z wybijającymi korkami podczas używania pralki, Reasumując, cena była stanowczo za wysoka za oferowany standard. Zdjęcia nie oddają rzeczywistego stanu lokalu.
