Прекрасная вилла для спокойного отдыха. Очень чисто, ухоженная территория и приятная атмосфера. Вилла полностью соответствует описанию и фотографиям. Есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания, кухня хорошо оборудована.

we liked the house size. It is very big and spacious.

There are no curtains in this house. The house still has outstanding items to be finished and snagged. We had to report the gully/drain blockage in the shower/bathroom downstairs. Ruslan attended within 1hour to fix it. You expect a new house would not have these issues. In the kitchen, you find few cooking appliances only. The floors are very slippery and you will slip and fall very easily. I would suggest that this homeowner would have public liability in place before renting out again. The bedrooms have no curtains and all the towels provided are brown colour towels!!! we found marks on the bed sheets in a couple of the bedrooms. The bed mattress is very thin and comfortable at all. The shower next to the sauna is not draining correctly and this will need attention. Again, these snags are annoying as this house was built by the owner himself. The Hot tub is just a 5min bubble and you have to wait 20min to come back on. Don't expect a jet massage hot tub. It's just a plastic bowl to sit in. It also gets heated by the log burner. Getting the temperature correct is a challenge. You will need to light this up yourself. No lighters of fire lighters are provided!!!! The sauna is nice if you can be bothered to get the logs from the back garden. You have to light the log burner in the sauna to get the heat going. It becomes demanding work if you are not used to having a log burner in your own home. The fire needs to keep topping up. When you leave the property, please allow 30min to put the key in the key box. The keys are too many with the gate fob key which will not fit in the box. Another little thing for the owner to think about it.
