Estay - Cozy Apartment Alghero

* Very spacious and comfortable – the apartment offers plenty of room and high comfort. * Excellent sound and light insulation – high-quality windows block street noise, and external shutters provide perfect darkness, ensuring great sleep quality. * Air conditioning – available in every room. * Large balcony/loggia – spacious outdoor area equipped with a table. * Quiet location – situated in a peaceful and calm neighborhood. * Elevator – convenient access to the apartment. * Easy parking – free parking is available right next to the building (except on Wednesdays due to the local market). * Wednesday market – located nearby, offering authentic local products. * Beach amenities – a beach umbrella is provided for guests. * Close to Maria Pia beach – just a 10–15 minute walk away. * Good accessibility – close to the beachfront promenade and a pleasant 30-minute walk to the historic center.

* Missing amenities – no electric kettle; water for tea has to be boiled in a pot. * Cramped bathroom – the bathroom layout is a bit tight. * Waste management – complicated waste disposal rules, yet no separate bins provided inside for sorting trash.

Very new, clean, comfy and fully equiped apartament, suitable for a longer stay of a family. 10 minutes to the beach, cca 7 to the nearest groceries store. Three balconies, greatly equiped kitchen, well operating washing mashine amd air condition. Excelent communication, very helpfull and friendly apartment manager Elia, speaking great English as well. The only minus was no wifi, but we knew in advance there is none, so no surprise, but I recommend though in the future to provide this too to be absolutelly perfect 😉 We are thankfull for our stay and wish this place many more satisfied guests 😊

No wifi, but the signal of our phones was ok. So for us it was not a big problem, but some people might lack it if they dont have enough data of their own.
