This place is amazing. The view is honestly unreal, even with the bad weather we had during our stay. The house is very spacious and perfect for 4 adults. The beds were comfortable, and there was air conditioning in every room. There’s also a nice terrace, even though we didn’t get the chance to use it much. The house has one bathroom but two sinks, which is very convenient when several people are getting ready at the same time. There is also a washing machine and dryer available. The kitchen was properly equipped overall, although a few extra tools such as a second pan and more Western-style cutlery would have been appreciated. That said, we are in Japan, so we were happy to adapt. The location is good, and realistically if you stay here you will probably have a car anyway. Just be aware that the road leading to the property is very steep and narrow. It is completely manageable, but definitely a bit scary the first time you drive up.

Communication was almost nonexistent. We only received one message the day before arrival with the check-in code, and that was basically it. Retrieving the key was easy, but nowhere was it explained that the door had to be opened in a very specific way, with one lock turning clockwise and the other counterclockwise. The same issue applied to the parking situation and trash disposal, very little was properly explained, so we mostly had to figure things out by ourselves. The information book inside the property was also extremely minimal. When we encountered issues, we tried calling for assistance but only reached voicemail. Later, we simply received another message repeating the key locker code, which did not really help with the problems we were facing.
