Die Lage der Villa ist super, fast direkt am Strand. Man hat einen herrlichen Blick über das Meer und hört das Meeresrauschen. Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer und einen großen Wohnraum mit Küchenblock, und ein Schrankzimmer. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, man muss etwas fahren, um Sachen einzukaufen. In der Gegend sind die Inseln Kouri und Sesoko (sehr schöner Strand), die Stadt Nago, Golfplatz Ginoza etc. alles in max. 30 min. erreichbar.
