Cute, cozy little place on quiet road with neighbors that are not too close. It allowed us to relax and not be afraid of too much noise around the campfire.

My husband and I were doing a "color tour" of northern Wisconsin and this was a great location for hiking / finding waterfalls. The rental is on a dirt road and very easy to find.

The house was great! Perfect for our trip. My only issue was reaching out a couple of times by email to the host and not getting any response.

The cabin was clean and served our needs. Appreciate that the owner was responsive to getting the fireplace operational. This was a family ski weekend, so it felt good to have a fire after being outdoors all day. Possible areas of improvement.
1. Cabin was at 50° when we arrived, programmable thermostat could have been set to have it warm on our arrival.
2. Entryway porch was covered with ice and snow, with no shovel available to clear. We found a large stick and was able to clear the ice. A definite safety issue.
3. No instructions for operation of TV/AV systems. Could not get them working.
We made it all work and had an enjoyable family ski weekend.
