Great stay, great location, I recommend

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The recent renovation is really well done, everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The place is bright throughout the day, which makes it incredibly pleasant to spend time in. It’s also extremely well-equipped ! Everything you might need is already there, and even the sofa bed is surprisingly comfortable. The location couldn’t be better: close to everything, yet still quiet enough to relax and unwind after a long day. The host was fantastic by the way, incredibly friendly, always available, and truly attentive. It made the whole experience even smoother and more enjoyable. Great stay !!!

Location

I had a disappointing stay at this apartment. The old windows let in a lot of noise, making it difficult to sleep, despite the accommodation description claiming "soundproofing," which is simply not true. The apartment has not been refurbished in a long time, and even when it was, it was done cheaply. It could really use new bedding and towels. On the day I stayed, both the shower and sink were blocked! I informed the host, but nothing was done to fix it. Additionally, the listing states "bath or shower," but there is no bath—only a shower, which feels misleading. The bed was quite uncomfortable - it creaked loudly and was raised in the middle, making it very difficult to get a good night's sleep. The apartment is on the third floor with no elevator, and the host does not mention this in the description. If you have a luggage, you’ll need help carrying it up three flights of stairs. I stayed for business, and on my last day, I asked if I could leave my luggage for a couple of hours after checkout to pick up after my meetings. The host refused outright, saying it was "impossible." Instead, they insisted I vacate the apartment by 11 AM and even asked me to take out my trash. Overall, the host was not friendly or accommodating. No late checkout, no luggage storage, and zero flexibility. I would not stay here again and do not recommend it.

A wonderful big beach, seagulls, and a beautiful apartment up on the roofs... Magic!

It's a wonderful big flat in the very centre of Deauville. Parking is free and easy because there are a lot of free parking streets around. The beach is near and you can enjoy the wonderful sunset either on the beach or from the windows, which have a stunning view on the roofs. You will live in company of seagulls all the time flying and making noise in the sky...! The apartment is comfortable: it was like a dream. We loved everything.

Juste parfait !

Un véritable bijou au cœur de Deauville. L’appartement est d’une propreté irréprochable, décoré avec énormément de goût, et parfaitement pensé pour offrir confort et tranquillité. La localisation est exceptionnelle : à deux pas de la plage, du casino et des meilleures adresses de la ville. On s’y sent immédiatement chez soi, tout en profitant d’un cadre chic et apaisant. Une adresse rare, à recommander les yeux fermés.

Séjour absolument parfait dans cet appartement ! L’emplacement est idéal, mais ce qui m’a le plus marqué, c’est le calme incroyable : aucune nuisance, on dort divinement bien. Le lit est d’un confort exceptionnel (matelas ferme comme il faut, linge impeccable) j’ai rarement aussi bien dormi en voyage. L’appartement est propre, chaleureux, très bien équipé, et on s’y sent immédiatement chez soi. L’hôte est réactif et attentionné, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. Je recommande sans hésiter, j’y retournerai avec plaisir !

Appartement très bien situé, tout se fait a pied dans le centre de Deauville. Lumineux et spacieux avec des équipements de cuisine neufs.

Canapé, Oreillers et couettes toutes tachés de transpiration et autres ... A mettre directement a la décheterie !!! Aspirateur non vidé depuis plus d'an an !!! Ce n'est pas ce qu'on attend d'une location a Deauville,

4 jours de tensions non nécessaires

Lieu et accueil des gestionnaires agréable à priori jusqu’à ce que….. nous nous apercevions qu il n y avait pas d eau chaude dans l appartement permettant notamment de se doucher et de préparer les enfants pour le séjour (événement familial ) puis que les hôtes nous racontaient des histoires sur des problèmes techniques inexistants

La mauvaise foi des hôtes que nous avons dû faire relancer par trois fois par booking alors qu ils avaient pris des engagements écrits sur whattsapp mais en dehors du réseau mail de Booking de dédommagement de 50 % des frais de séjour alors qu ils n ont remboursé que 33% après moultes demandes aidées par le service booking

J’ai vraiment rien aimé dans cet appartement

L’appartement est situé au 4ème étage et c’est pas précisé sur booking car j’ai un enfant avec de handicape fauteuil . J’étais obligé de louer une chambre d’hôtel pour passer la nuit en attendant de trouver la solution pour la suite des vacances que je voulais offrir à mon fils qui s’est transformé en cauchemar. Salle d’eau pas adaptée Plein centre stationnement payant. Bref un enfer pour notre petite famille

de centrale ligging

1. dat het appartement op de derde etage was en dat er geen lift aanwezig was, wat niet vermeld stond. 2. Het valt ons tegen dat de eigenaar ons toegezegd heeft dat we een tegemoetkoming van 10% zouden ontvangen vanwege het feit dat we op drie verschillende dagen geen warm water uit de kranen kregen. Hij heeft wel ons RIB-nummer opgevraagd, maar tot nu toe hebben we geen reactie ontvangen. Ik heb alle SMS-berichten bewaard.

Un séjour très agréable

Appartement très confortable, équipé de tout le nécessaire : linge de lit, serviettes, ustensiles de cuisine. En tant que femme, j'ai particulièrement apprécié l'attention du propriétaire à fournir des serviettes hygiéniques dans la salle de bain, un détail qui m'a agréablement surprise. De plus, le propriétaire était très réactif aux questions par SMS. Un séjour sans souci ! Merci !

Appartement très bien placé et très agréable

Son emplacement à deux pas de la Place Morny donc très central à Deauville. Très proche de rues au stationnement possible et gratuit ce qui est rare à Deauville .Le propriétaire Benjamin) a été très réactif quand il y a eu un problème de connexion Wifi indépendante de sa volonté . Réactif dans la résolution du problème par les opérateurs télécoms impliqués et réactif dans sa proposition d’un dédommagement car nous étions venu pour le travail et le wifi était un must

La panne de wifi le temps de notre séjour qui je le répète est indépendante du propriétaire La taille du lit principal qui n’était pas un 160 .
