L'appartamento é sia vicino al lungo mare che ad una zona vivace con locali. Noi ci abbiamo passato una notte e ci siamo trovati bene. Di notte silenzioso. Il ragazzo che lo affitta è super disponibile. Prezzo molto buono e studio spazioso.

A qualcuno potrebbe non piacere tanto il palazzo dove l'appartamento é situato. Sembrava ci fossero dei lavori in corso senza esserci ma se si superano le apparenze...

The owner was very thoughtful in preparing everything and showed great concern about any issues we had during our stay. They always responded very quickly. When we noticed that there was no shower gel, the owner promptly brought some to us. The location is excellent, very close to the train station, and it is convenient to go everywhere on foot. The building has an elevator, and the apartment provides various kitchen utensils, coffee, and tea.

The washing machine seemed to have some problems. It made a very loud noise as soon as it started, and the inner lid kept popping open automatically. The bathroom is relatively small, and the plastic shower curtain is too short, causing water to splash onto the bathroom floor. The air conditioner blows directly toward the bed.

Ήταν στο κέντρο της πόλης, καθαρό και ήσυχο διαμέρισμα με ζεστό νερό όλο το 24ωρο! Είχε όλες τις παροχές που χρειάζεται μια οικογένεια, σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε όταν επισκεφτούμε ξανά την Θεσσαλονίκη!

The host was very kind and attentive, always making sure everything was fine. He genuinely cared about the guests and tried to help with anything needed. Even though the room needs renovation, he did his best to make the stay pleasant.

The room needs some refurbishment. The bed was quite hard, the cleanliness was not impressive, and the windows were dirty. The curtains don’t close properly, and the air conditioner is placed right in front of the bed (I didn’t use it). The walls are thin, so you can hear noise from the neighboring room, and the shower curtain is old and should be replaced. The chairs were broken, but that didn’t really bother me. Overall, the room gives the impression of being a bit dirty and should be modernized. However, the host was very kind and attentive, always making sure everything was fine. I have nothing to complain about personally, it just needs renovation in the future. The building itself looks rather strange, almost as if it’s uninhabited.
