With lower price than most appartments this is attractive offer: quite big appartment on ground floor, in closed building, with own patio and own underground parking (very tight however). The kitchen is practical. While located on outskirts of Paris proper, the neighbourhood did not look unsafe, and one of main metro lines is only several minutes away. Private green area in front of the building looks nice.
There were some cleaness issues, and slight smell in bathroom and kitchen annex. Underground parking is dirty, but it may be more common Paris problem. There was good contact with the owner via text messages; he was a beginner at that time, and some issues might get improved.
