Newly Renovated 2bed, 2bath private apartment, minutes from Boston.

The apartment was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for two single adults and more for couples. Easy access to transportation and there was even plenty of free parking on the street (restricted only between the hours of 8am-10am, M-F, so be careful of that). I really appreciated the elevator access, which can be unusual in the city.

We were in the room next to the maid's working area and it did get a bit annoying during the day to have them constantly opening and shutting the door, etc. They have to do their jobs, so no disrespect there, but better soundproofing or something for that door to make it quieter would be an improvement. Also, the provided laundry machines require 10 quarters for both the washer and then the drying cycle, so $5 (all in quarters) per load of laundry. They should charge less per load, but also need to install card readers or have a change machine, because accumulating that many quarters these days is unusual. Also, these are the same machines the maids need to clean the linens, so they are frequently in use during the day.

Clean, reasonable price, good location(around 30-40min to downtown Boston buy T), suitable for couples or friend group to stay

You can tell the pots and pans they provide are already being used a lot, maybe some renewing will be nice

The apartment is newly renovated, as advertised. It is clean and spacious. It has all the standard appliances one needs. It has a 800 number that one can reach between 9:00am till 10:00pm. The staff there are very friendly. The location is very good.

1) I did not receive the check-in instructions and passcode until 9am on the day of arrival. It was not sent to me about 24 hours ahead of time, as the emails said. I was patiently waiting and finally got anxious, but their office closed when I tried to call. The after-hour answering service took my message, but I still did not receive any passcode until I call the 800 number when their office opens at 9:00am. Then an email finally came through at 9:22am via Booking.com. This was very late and impacted my departure time since I did not want to leave for Boston without knowing the passcode. 2) The place did not have free street parking. The street signs said "Parking Permit Only 8am-10am". I misunderstood the sign. A parking ticket of $30 was issued to my car between 2:00am-3:30. I called the 800 number and it was confirmed that there is no overnight parking. I found the nearest garage which costs $70 overnight.
