Huge home in 2-Family built in 1910. Old World charm with large living room and dining room, fireplace, 3 bedrooms, plus TV foyer, spacious eat-in kitchen with pantry. Molding and textured walls throughout. Bathroom has stall shower and large tub. Parking for one car. Cable HD TV and WiFi.
Location is in Coolidge Corner, Brookline, one of the most desirable areas in all of Massachusetts. We are a block from Coolidge Corner where there are bookstores, clothing shops, amazing restaurants, and a historically preserved movie theater showing the best of contemporary films. Walk to Fenway Park! Public transit including subway trains and buses (the MBTA), is less than a 5 minute minute walk away. Coolidge Corner also features a Trader Joe's grocer, health clubs, and hair and nail salons.

We chose this unit because of proximity to Green T line for standard sightseeing as well as a number of restaurants all within walking distance. Multiple kosher restaurants, bakeries, delis, and synagogues within walking distance were a big plus. No electronic keys Apt was huge . This is a person’s home so small children may not be appropriate for a stay here
