The apartment was updated - bathrooms, kitchens. But besides beds, sheets and towels, there was nothing else to make it a home for a long term stay. There were dishes in kitchen but not cooking utensils, barely any cooking supplies - toilet paper, paper towels. It made it very hard to cook and even clean unless you went out and got it yourself and then had to walk up those stairs over and over again. If your looking for a place to hang out and cook in this is not the property. There were not even televisions in any of the bedrooms. Sheets were ripped. Towels were overused. Just a few details that could be addressed to make the apartment better and feel more like a home instead of a hotel.

Our family rented this property for a Thanksgiving trip to Boston. The property manager responded promptly (sometimes within a couple minutes) to each question I had prior to our arrival. The house was very clean and matched the online description. Everyone in my group thought the house was fabulous and its proximity to the subway was perfect since we did not rent a car (this property does include parking if you have a vehicle). Finding a property with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms is very rare, but was perfect for our group. The bathrooms are very large with large showers or tub/showers. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and liquid hand soap were all provided. Although everyone in our group enjoyed climbing the beautiful staircase, if you have difficulty navigating stairs, you might want to skip this property. There were over 50 steps to the upstairs bedrooms. We also found the property to be very quiet, we did not hear occupants of other apartments and there was very little street noise, which was a very pleasant surprise. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood and felt very safe. Overall this is a great property and the property manager was helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this property.

The accommodations were just as advertised and the apartment was amazing with plenty of room and the fact that the train was across the street was a lifesaver!! Nancy was easy to get in contact and we’ll definitely be looking forward to our next visit!

Clean and roomy condo with accurate pictures. Pros- large rooms with desks and seats, huge renovated kitchen and bathrooms, safe area, and great Wifi. Cons- no body wash in any of the showers. Keurig wasn't working. One of the beds is smaller than a Queen and very noisy, almost like covered in plastic, which made it very difficult to sleep when my husband moved at night. The bedrooms could also use curtains instead of sheers so the light doesn't wake everyone in the mornings.
