A very cozy and spacious 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment with a great location, close to everything Houston has to offer. *Sleeps up to 4 people*

The space:
Located on the 2nd floor of the apartment building. Use the elevator or stairs to get to the 2nd-floor entrance.
Fully equipped kitchen, laundry + dryer in unit with private secured parking inside the gated garage, and LOTS of free street parking.
The living room and bedroom both have smart TVs with Hulu, Netflix, ESPN+, Disney+, and more (need to log in with your personal login).
This large unit has a luxurious atmosphere and ambiance.

Guest access to the property and full information on the unit will be given to you within 24 - 48 hours before your check-in.
This unit has a hassle-free self-check-in process.
Other things to note:
• No NOISE after 9 pm, it’s an apartment unit so there are other neighbors.

I was in the Houston area for a weekend party that my friend was hosting. Overall, this rental property is in a great location with covered parking for my car, which is essential in a area like downtown Houston all of the tourist attractions in the city are within 20 minutes away, and I felt very safe in the area. I would definitely book again my only complaint was that I wish there was water in the refrigerator. Other than that lots of games were there for a great game night with friends and I loved that the property looks literally just like the photos.

I had trouble getting into the place and had to call the third party due to not receiving any email nor notifications on how to get to the property or codes which was frustrating. I reserved this place through Expedia and not Vrbo, so I don’t understand why I had to call Vrbo to reach out to the owner for codes and actual apartment. For the owner, please send information on your place directly via email and not depending on an app. It was very frustrating especially after traveling all day. It also would’ve been nice to provide water to guests. Other than that, the place is nice and conveniently located. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe.

Lovely neighborhood that is close to everything. Very quiet and safe. I especially liked having a gated enclosed parking area. The hosts were excellent communicators and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The apartment has everything needed for a nice stay and is very spacious and comfortable.
