Houston House - Free Parking

スタッフの方に翌日チェックアウト後の相談をお願いしたところ、暑い中わざわざお越し頂き、話を聞いて頂きました。 また、周辺スポットの案内もして頂き助かりました。 またバス停が近くて良かったです。

部屋が狭かったです。

Sehr schönes und sauberes Haus. Zentral gelegen !

The hostess was kind and helpful. The location was accessible by bus and was a short taxi ride to the train station. The house was very clean and comfortable. I had everything I needed. I particularly appreciated the water in the refrigerator.

I found only a bath towel. I did not find a bathmat, washcloth or hand towel. This was only a minor detail. My experience was otherwise completely positive.

The house was clean. I liked that I was able to walk to and from my office and restaurants. (I didn't have a car.) The price was lower than staying in a hotel or renting a VRBO.

First time I've booked a room in a multi-room house. There was nothing "wrong" with it, but it's not for me. The photo on the listing was not of this property, so I was misled into thinking it was an apartment on one of the main midtown street with retail stores/restaurants. I didn't like being asked not to wear shoes. I didn't feel comfortable about being in any space in the house besides the room I was staying in. The small front lawn was not maintained and there was mail in the mail slot that looked as though it had accumulated over several days or weeks. There was a cat on the property (I never saw it) that meowed loudly each night. The thermostat automatically adjusted to a much warmer temperature during the day so that I had to cool it back down when I returned in the evening. The room cooled down well, but the bedding retained the heat and made it difficult to sleep comfortably.
