The studio sleeps 2 and is designed for a couple or solo traveler who wants a clean, simple base right at the beach. The sleeping area features a comfortable bed with cotton linens, firm and soft pillow options, and a sound machine for a solid night of rest. The living area includes a smart TV and a dedicated coffee corner with a Keurig brewer and k-cups — so your morning routine starts before your feet ever hit the sand. The full bathroom comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. A large mini-fridge with freezer handles groceries for longer stays.
High-speed WiFi keeps you connected. Beach towels are provided so you can head straight to the water without unpacking your car. Keyless entry means no front desk, no check-in lines — arrive when you are ready. The hosts live nearby and are available if anything comes up, though most guests find everything seamless.
Step outside and Mellow Mushroom is a 4-minute walk for craft beer and pizza after a beach day. Salt Life Food Shack is 5 minutes on foot — order the fish tacos and sit outside. It was a quick weekend getaway. This location was close to everything we needed. The beach was 1 block away and great restaurants were walkable within 1.5 miles (others were closer). I was worried about on street parking but there were plenty of spots. The bed and the pillows were great and the shower had plenty of pressure. The hose left us with some snacks, stocked coffee station, and bottled water.

Thought we booked a condo, it was a room! Ok. But thermostats are in public hallway apparently which we were unaware of and froze the first night! Found extra blankets. Neighbors told us to enter around back, took us 2 days to know we didn’t have to. Parking maybe on street. Little things…
