About this cottage rental
Step back in time in this cozy retreat, filled with vintage charm that is tucked away near the peaceful Historic Maple District. Perfect for couples, small groups and families.
The Layout & Sleeping Arrangements:
Main Level: Memory Foam King Bed (Bedroom 1) and Queen Bed (Bedroom 2).
Lower Level: Access to the Rec Room and Laundry (via 4–5 stairs).
Seasonal Porch: A Twin bed is available for extra sleeping space during warmer months (No HVAC in this area).
Note: There are 4–5 stairs required to enter the home.
Entertainment & Connectivity:
Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi. While we do not offer cable, our Roku and Samsung TVs allow you to stream your favorite shows using your own accounts.
The Outdoors & Parking:
Yard: Enjoy the semi-private yard and deck! The yard has a partial fence, but we recommend keeping pets on a leash for safety.
Parking: Private driveway fits up to 2 vehicles.
Arrival Tip: If it is wet or slick, the alleyway is often a drier path to the door than the paver walkway!

This cottage was so cute and beautifully decorated! I came here on a weekend book club trip and it was just perfect. We will definitely be coming back for another book club weekend! Thanks so much

We absolutely loved staying at this adorable and very clean home!! It was close to downtown shops, restaurants and we even went to the beach. We loved eating at the Next Door pub which the owners highly recommended. Their pizza was soooo delicious!! We would definitely stay here again!!

We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again next time we visit Lake Geneva. The space was great with a toddler and very family friendly. Check in and check out was very easy!
