Located in a peaceful cul-de-sac off 30A, the property is surrounded by mature pine trees, ensuring privacy and tranquility. Each level features private balconies for the bedrooms and living areas. The fully equipped kitchen is complete with upgraded appliances, a gas cooktop, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. Step outside to your private oasis, where you'll find outdoor dining spaces, a gas grill, a covered patio, and an outdoor shower. The master bedroom features a private balcony that overlooks the backyard. First floor has a queen bedroom and a king bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The Primary King bedroom with on suite bathroom is located on the third floor along with another queen bedroom with on suite bath and finally the bunkroom with 2 twin over full beds and an on suite bath.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire Santa Rosa Beach House, including its five bedrooms, six bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, and two living areas. Additionally, guests can access the community pool within Calypso Pointe and the Dune Allen public beach access, just a short walk or bike ride away.

House was clean and very spacious. Fit our entire family. Main oven was broken but there was another oven on the bottom floor that we could use. Easy walk to the beach. Neighborhood was nice and plenty of parking.

We spent the week celebrating with the whole family. We had a wonderful time. 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to shops/ restaurants.

A large group of friends (10 and an infant) stayed at this location for a beach trip. It fit us very comfortably, every couple got their own room. The downstairs suite was perfect for the family with a child with a fridge and couch for them to hang out when the baby was sleeping. The house was an easy walk to the beach, a quick bike ride to the downtown area, and several other coffee and dinner spots. The pool was only a couple hundred feet away and always quiet and relaxing. Communication was quick, VRBO itself did go down for a little during our stay but that was no fault to the owner. Early check-in options were amazing for me and my husband to get there early and set up for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with pans and utensils for us to make dinner and lunches. We'd all definitely stay here again.
