The home is located in the Brightwood/Manor Park division. This row-home is located on a tree lined street. A nice, peaceful, and family oriented neighborhood.
We're just a short walk to public transportation, making it easy to get around the city. Metro stations close by are Fort Totten (Green and Red) and Takoma (Red) station. There are tons of scooters and other app rentable transportation outside of the house to make getting around much easier. Street parking is available for guests with no restrictions, and additional off street parking can be made available.
Close to Rock Creek Park, which also allows a quick commute to the Tenleytown/Georgetown area.
Walmart, Safeway, and several other grocery stores are within walking distance.

You’ll have the entire apartment to yourself, ensuring complete privacy during your stay. Check-in is seamless with a keyless entry system.
Entrance is in the rear of the home. The entire unit is available to you, as well as the parking spot and the patio area just out front of the entrance.

Me and my wife came down to explore washington for our honeymoon. The apartment was perfect for our needs. It was within walking distance of stores and transportation and the neighborhood was quiet.

The property was perfect for our trip. It was clean, comfortable and spacious for 2 people. The neighborhood was lovely and we felt safe during our stay. The property manager was quick to respond when I had to contact him because I accidentally locked the wrong lock and couldn't get back in the apartment. He was kind and polite and helped us get back in quickly.The off street parking spot was a nice bonus. We were steps away from a metro bus stop. If we ever make it back to DC, we would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, nicely furnished property with a good amount of space for 2 people. Parking is a little tight if you have a large vehicle, but street parking is available. Good area for walking a dog. Excellent communication from the owner.
