Très bel apparement, très bien agencé, bien équipé (machine à laver linge et vaisselle, climatisation et rangement) Apparemment bien exposé, résidence sécurisé et calme.

L’appartement mérite mieux en terme d’entretien au vu du standing de ce bien. Les joints des douches méritent d’être refait, Les robinets de salle de bain mal fixés Et un bon nettoyage des murs également.

Manque de couvertures

The keys were very difficult to get, it was because of our driver, who with great difficulty got the number of the caretaker nd helped us to get the keys. It took almost 1 hour

The induction was not working. Informed the caretaker on whatsapp but nothing much happened.

The location was very central and the interior furniture was nice and beds were very comfortable too.

There was mold in the corners of the shower, plus the stairway of the housing was super dirty. Unfortunately the moment we checked in, the elevators were not working, which makes it difficult to carry heavy stuff to the apartment. Also the apartment was completely empty, not kitchen towels or anything to wipe or clean the surfaces. Even no little washing powder to use it for the washing machine. That would have been nice. Also what was very surprising and unusual was the fact that there is nothing to hang the towels at, when you are in the bathroom. So u had to hang the towels in the wardrobe or put at the side of the shower. Not practical.
