Best location in heart of Faro but also so close to any transport you needed to get to, loved how each room was named and also the atmosphere of the place it was beautiful.

I mean the stairs but honestly it wasn’t even that bad, just the odd slippy floors.

Location to old town & proximity to water taxi to the beach,easy access to the apartment by having a code rather than a key, bright & spacious. Comfortable beds and air conditioning was very welcome. Supermarkets, bars, restaurants & shopping areas on our doorstep. My Choice staff very accommodating, helpful & responsive to all queries.

Smell of drains but staff confirmed that these are due to tidal variations on the salt marsh. Would have appreciated more cleaning materials eg bleach. Also with 3 of us in the room more hooks for hanging up towels etc would be useful

Excellent location. Spotlessly clean, modern decor and had all the facilities we needed. Air con was simple to operate and invaluable in August.

Would have liked a kettle but we got by boiling a pan of water so no great problem.

The apartment has a central location, and it's easily accessible. The building is very charming, with great restaurants close by. Beds are ok (main ones).

One of the apartments we booked had an extremely bad smell. It was also impossible to sleep before 2-3 am, if not even later (in any of the two apartments we rented) as the building is between two very noisy, busy streets (one with cars and another pedestrian). We had motorcycles racing, drunk people fighting, groups of people just chatting under our windows... and the apartment is not soundproof (not at all).
