This fully equipped and very clean apartment was located close to the train station for day trips. Everything we wanted to see in Menton was within a walkable distance and there were many restaurants nearby. Houdou was very friendly, responded quickly to questions and accommodated our time schedule.
Both the bathroom and shower were very small and my tall husband found maneuvering in it a bit difficult. Although the street noise virtually disappeared inside when the 2 double pained sliding doors were closed, sitting outside on the patio was a noisy affair.

Convenient location: close to gare and old town. Very quiet due to double pane windows. Owners were very accommodating re: letting us check in earlier.
Would have preferred if the sofa was a pull out as one of us snored!
