ALMHÜTTE Sunset - Flattnitz 1510m

Die Raumaufteilung, die gut ausgestattete Küche und der große Esstisch, an dem locker 10 Personen Platz haben! Die sanitäreinrichtungen waren modern und schön. Außerdem der Flipperautomat im Keller. Der war ein absolutes Highlight!

Die Ausstattung war gut, allerdings hätte es etwas sauberer sein können. Einige Bereiche waren ein bisschen vernachlässigt und staubig. Aber alles in allem war es Wirklich wunderbar!

Hervorragende Lage, sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Toller Blick auf die umliegende Gegend. Liebevoll gestaltetes Anwesen, sehr hilfsbereite und tiefenentspannte Vermieter. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen für Reisende, die auf der Suche nach Individualität und Entspannung sind.

Very nice place and very good equipment

Communication was very quick and smooth with the owner. The apartman is really lovely in a beautiful area with great views. We were a big group and the apartman is split into two parts separated by some stairs but the dining room was big enough for the whole group. It was really full of all utilities you might need. It is heated with wood which gives a very nice feeling (once you have some practice to have it warm enough and not to warm:). The bedding (linen) were very high quality. Beds were a bit too soft (for our taste). Modern, new bathroom. We arrived late and there is a key box which made later arrival possible. WIFI was very strong and reliable (I had to work and it was very helpful). It is a great place for a big group if you need only two double beds (all the other beds are bunk beds or sofa), but it was fully correctly described on booking.com. Excellent price - value ratio.

When we arrived the apartman was not fully heated up and the first night was a bit cold. One of the rooms with the washing machine and the boiler (sunil) was more like a storage place than a room.
