Family stay over

It is a family run hotel. Staff is super friendly. Their willingness to accommodate our requests and make our stay as pleasant as possible was remarkable. Cleanliness is 10/10. Location is great, easy to reach both Saranda and Ksamili/ Butrinti.

It is not very suitable for families with young children, as it is by a busy road and the breakfast area/ outdoor space does not feel safe if your little ones run around. No highchair available.

Very friendly and helpful staff Parking space was made available 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach downhill but not very steep Good breakfast but surprisingly no facility to get a proper cappuccino - but the bar nearby has good ones Spacious room Fast checkin and check out process Verygood WiFi Rooms are facing the back street so they are very calm at night - you may be able to sleep with windows open

I wish I got the room that was booked with proper sea view I also wish that the airco did not blow right onto the bed It would help to clean the rooms daily - but maybe this is not done in weekends when I stayed Providing drinking water daily would be a nice gesture

We loved it, you'll love it!

The hotel is modern and in a strategic position, especially if you plan to move between Saranda and Ksamil. Rooms are cozy and clean, they have all the necessary for long and short stay, and - above all - they have a relaxing atmosphere and a pleasant balcony to enjoy the sunset. There are parking spots for the guests. On top of all this, the hosts are very kind and helpful, they make you feel home and welcome. Every morning we had delicious breakfast prepared with care and served by them with warm smile.It absolutely exceeded our expectations and we recommend it to everyone. We really felt pampered, and we'd love to book this hotel again... Thank you!!!

Feels Like Home :)

Room was comfy. Location is around 20 minutes by bus to Sarande Town. 5 minutes walking from Mango Beach, which has an amazing sunset spot. Around 30 minutes by bus to Ksamil Town. Bus stop less than a minute walking. Few shops and also restaurants/bar around walking distance. Aida and her family/staff were absolutely amazing! Breakfast was simple, but lovely. They make fresh croissant and also Petulla that I was crazy about it haha! I recommend 100%! Thanks a lot for the great hospitality and kindness :)

Great value for nice facilities and great service

The service was fantastic and breakfast delivered to our room everyday was nice, especially the freshly squeezed orange juice and omelette. The rooms and bathrooms were modern and clean and cleaned well during our stay. The hosts were very kind, giving us recommendations and helping us with whatever we needed.

It was a little bit noisy, some rooms are right off reception and the road outside is loud if you have the balcony door open. It wasn’t too loud at nighttime just sometimes during the day.

Beautiful memories from Agious Saranda and the rich Byzantine cultural heritage

Aida, the owner, is a very kind, hard-working and dynamic person, putting a lot of effort to offer the best impressions to her guests and to create a friendly atmosphere. She gave instructions for all inquiries and helped to face problems, that came up. The hotel is ca. 7 minutes by car to the center, while anyone can go on foot to the nearby beach. All facilities of the hotel are new and modern.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at F&J Hotel and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed. Hôtel tape à l'oeil

La proximité de l'hôtel avec le centre de Saranda. 5/6 minutes en voiture. Hôtel propre

La gérante avait oublié qu'on arrivait, la chambre n'était pas prête à 19h. Chambre très petite, juste une penderie pour ranger nos affaires, si pas de compte Netflix pas de télé, pas de place pour se garer. Le petit déjeuner une catastrophe. Le "buffet" est ouvert de 8h à 10h. A 8h rien n'est prêt. Le fils de la gérante installe la cafetière à 8h15, petite cafetière 10 tasses entartrée qui coule en gouttes à goutte. Nous sommes 4 couples il ne fait qu'une demi cafetière donc premier arrivé premier servi. Une seule carafe de jus de fruits. si on ne mange pas de salé le matin on a juste droit une pomme tranchée pour deux et à un croissant rien en remplacement même pas une tartine. Et le dernier jour c'est la mère de la gérante qui ne parle pas un mot d'anglais qui s'est occupée du petit déjeuner. Google est votre ami! Je pense que les gérants n'ont pas de formation en hôtellerie.

Personale gentilissimo Camera bellissima moderna e pulita dotata di climatizzatore e wi fi Balcone grazioso vista mare Colazione anche se preferisco a buffet davvero ottima fatta tutta a mano e inoltre chiedevano sempre cosa volevamo e facevano di tutto per noi. La mia compagna è stata poco bene e in 2 giorni avranno chiesto cento volte come stava e ci hanno dato consigli su posti da visitare nelle zone. Davvero spettacolo Personale super gentili

Très bon séjour dans cet établissement

Le service est impeccable, le personnel est aux petits soins et super attentif. Le petit déjeuner est très bien et les chambres très propres. Rien à redire sur ce séjour que je vous recommande !! On est entre Saranda et Ksamil donc si vous êtes en voiture c’est nickel !!

Il personale molto accogliente e gentilissimo, sempre pronto ad aiutare...la struttura nuova, pulitissima e funzionale, posta in zona perfetta per raggiungere Saranda a piedi. Parcheggio garantito è stato un bel vantaggio.

Un séjour en famille des plus réussis !

Un logement et un personnel exceptionnels !! On a adoré la proximité direct avec la plage/riviere, la distance du chahut de la ville (qui reste toutefois accessible pour les soirées mais qui permettent de dormir au calme), le personnel accueillant et charmant, le confort de la literie, le petit dej très sympa et le désign/la propreté du studio! On recommande +++ aussi: il y a une machine à laver !! Le rêve.

SOGGIORNO FANTASTICO! VOGLIAMO TORNARCI IN QUESTA OASI FELICE

F&J Hotel è una struttura di gestione familiare in una zona fuori Saranda. Per magari qualche ragazzo giovane potrebbe essere un minus, ma per noi è stata la scelta migliore di sempre. Tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno era lì vicino: supermercati, ristoranti tipici, ristoranti di pesce, ristoranti di fiume ma anche kebabbari e fast food. Ma torniamo al soggiorno: le camere sono spaziose e pulite, la doccia ha un getto d’acqua stupendo e gli asciugamani vengono cambiati ogni due giorni. Il piatto forte di questo hotel è la cordialità delle personale che ci ha accolto fin da subito con un grande sorriso e parlando anche italiano per metterci a nostro agio. La colazione si svolge nel patio esterno vista mare, in una zona silenziosa. Non è a buffet perché cucinano tutto al momento in base al numero di ospiti. Spaziano da una colazione salata con un toast farcito, omelette, pomodori, cetrioli e delle salsiccette; a quella dolce con croissant farcibili con nutella oppure marmellata fatta in casa; poi frutta delle giornate e le petulle, piatto tipico albanese che consiste in frittelline fatte al momento per noi. Inoltre quello che non riuscivamo a finire di mangiare, ce lo facevano portare via! Erano loro a spingerci a farlo perché tanto avevano cucinato per il numero di ospiti e non avrebbe buttare via il croissant o le petulle appena cucinate. Un servizio magnifico. Con la loro gentilezza e la loro cordialità ci hanno davvero rubato il cuore. Un giorno abbiamo detto che il succo che veniva proposto non ci piaceva tanto e il giorno dopo ne hanno subito proposto uno nuovo per non farci mancare nulla! Ci si è riempito il cuore e ne abbiamo presi due bei bicchieri. Andarsene è stato difficile.

Ribadisco che la posizione non è centrale quindi per alcuni potrebbe essere scomoda mentre per noi è stato un tocca sana non essere in mezzo alla calca! Quindi valutate voi quando prenotate. E visto che devo proprio compilare sta parte in cui dico cosa non mi è piaciuto allora rispondo con: gli altri ospiti dell’hotel che sono stati sgarbati tutto il tempo. Ah belli per il rapporto qualità prezzo che c’è non dovete aprire proprio bocca! So perfettamente quanto avete pagato visto che sono ospite come voi e non dovreste proprio azzardarvi a trattare male il personale con la vostra arroganza.

Aida nos trato muy bien desde nuestra llegada. Estuvimos 4 noches y todos los dias nos preguntaba a que hora queriamos el desayuno que traia ella misma a la habitación y siempre le agregaba algo nuevo o lo cambiaba para no hacerlo monotono. La ubicación estaba bien, alejada del ruido y de la multitud del centro de sarande pero un poco lejos para llegar a pie (45 min). No sentimos muy comodos

Superfijn verblijf, tophost!

Allereerst willen we onze waardering uiten voor de host. Echt een geweldige gastvrouw waarvan je merkt dat ze dit werk doet vanuit haar hart. Het was haar aan alles gelegen, het je naar de zin te maken. De kamers waren heel netjes, nieuw en schoon.

De locatie ligt echt op de rand van Sarande, hier betaal je ook voor maar als je wat meer in het centrum wil verblijven dan is dit niet de juiste plaats.
