Worst stay in 10 Years as a Level 3 Genius.
It kept the rain off us. That’s about it.
No linen or towels were offered in advance. On arrival there were none available. Pillows & duvets stained by body fluids of previous guests. Staff arranged some linen but not enough for 4. The place was filthy. They demanded tax and linen payments by credit card. Link didn’t work. Asked for bank details. Only sent partial account details. Then told us to leave if we hadn’t paid by the next day despite them not being available to collect cash. Card link not working and can’t pay to incomplete bank details. Finally they came for cash & wouldn’t provide a receipt for the tax. The place is expensive. The staff are horrible. Do yourself a favour. Do not stay here if you want a fun & relaxing time.

Lovely little house in beautiful surroundings but questionable value for money
Location and surroundings
There is only one pellet heater which is not enough to warm the house especially in the cold months. It is also quite significantly overpriced if you consider you have to bring your own linnen and has an early check-out late check-in policy.

Gezellig en goed uitgerust huisje, ideaal om de streek te verkennen.
De mooie en rustige bosomgeving en dat er drie slaapkamers waren. De keukens zijn meer uitgerust dan standaard. Er was heel gezellige kerstversiering voorzien.
De tweezit zetel is aan vernieuwing toe. Het klepje van de vaatwas tablet hapert.

Prima verblijf in Boshuisje Boris, wij komen weer.
Het was een mooie rustige locatie, een warm ontvangst wat wij zeer weten te waarderen. Het herfstbos was erg mooi ook de resterende natuur heel toegankelijk en sfeervol in de herfst. Vogels en eekhorentjes komen tot aan het huisje, erg leuk. De locatie Lanaken was een mooi en rustig uitgaanspunt voor onze activiteiten in Maastricht, Sint-Pietersberg.
De toeristenbelasting is voor 6 personen berekend, dat vond ik vreemd terwijl we toch met 2 personen waren.
