l'accès à pieds à la plus belle plage de Golfo Aranci la Spiaggia Terza, et des restaurants. Accès à 150m à l'autobus direct vers la ville de Olbia. Petite ville très tranquille, idéale pour les jeunes familles ou personnes retraitées.

Les photos sur le site montraient de belle vue sur la mer. Nous pensions donc que l'appartement serait situé au niveau 3 ou 4 de l'établissement, ce qui n'était pas le cas puisque nous étions au niveau 1 et que les arbres du parc en face nous cachaient 100% de la vue. La vue sur la mer était notre premier critère de sélection, donc nous avons été très déçu par cette information erronée.

Beautiful, fully equipped apartment that felt like a home away from home. Spotlessly clean, well-situated, and only minutes away from the main attractions. Antonello was super helpful and welcoming, giving us excellent tips that made our trip even better. We loved being able to shop at the local markets and utilize the great kitchen facilities. A flawless experience from start to finish!

Rien c’était parfait

It is a brand new, modern and clean apartment, with one bigger and one smaller bedroom, suitable for a family of 3. Everything was very close, the beach, literally 5 minutes, supermarket and several restaurants, playground for kids just next to the building. We especially liked the beach bar for morning coffee:-) The centre of Golfo Aranci is also a short walk only. I appreciate the approach of the host, responding quickly to the questions and going also beyond.. You will not find only the strict minimum when you arrive, but also some cakes, coffee, tea etc... The terrace is big with view of nearby park and distant sea view. Free parking is nearby. We were also allowed to do later check-out as our flight was late.in the evening. So, nothing to complain...
