Die Lage, die Dachterrasse und die Ausstattung der Küche.
Die Tatsache, dass auf unprofessioneller Art und Weise ohne meiner Zustimmung via WhatsApp kommuniziert wurde und zwar wurde ich anfangs vollgespamt von einem Bot und hatte keine andere Möglichkeit als die Daten der Personal-Ausweise der Gäste eben auf WhatsApp hochzuladen anstatt über Email oder die Booking-App (Privacy?). Auf meine Beschwerden, Fragen und Wünsche wurde gar nicht eingegangen. Finde es eine extreme Frechheit, dass bei diesem Preis zusätzlich noch 18€/Kopf für Bettbezug und Handtücher verlangt wird.

De locatie en vooral het dakterras van het appartement is geweldig. Een prachtig uitzicht over de stad en de mogelijkheid om hier de hele dag in de zon te kunnen zitten of liggen. Heerlijk!
Het appartement heeft wat achterstallig onderhoud, met name de badkamer kan wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken.
