Incentra

The location was great, close to restaurants and sights. Facilities were good. Cleanliness apart from one thing was good and the issue was dealt with promptly.

The bed was a bit soft, I ended up with a sore back. One towel was soiled but it was changed promptly.

The location was excellent, in a quiet location in the Old Town. Argiro our host could not have been more helpful. The property was exceptionally clean and well equipped. The bed was extremely comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose to stay here again if we return to Chania.

We loved everything.

Argiro was super nice and helpful! We got a little bit unlucky with the weather and she was so kind to inform us of the alert and making sure we were safe. She gave us many amazing recommendations on restaurants and things to do. The position is perfect, close to the old port and old town, there are many restaurants and bars in the area, but it’s not noisy. The cleaning staff is superb and the lady is very polite.

The apartment was spacious, clean and matched both the description and images. Right in the heart of old town and so well placed. The apartment was very well equipped with items for a stay away. The washing machiene, patio and balcony were added extras that were great extra touches. The bed was very comfortable and the noise levels next to nothing. Very quiet and peaceful location. The air con was great and a relief from the heat. The TVs were great and had fantastic streaming service choices. A well appointment property with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The frosted glass in the bedroom that connected with the internal/external walls of the property meant that light from other apartments would be visible in the bedroom at times. I am a sleeper who likes pitch black and so this was a negative point, but individual. I would still happily return and wear an eye-mask! But worth a mention.
