Bozzali Deluxe Hotel

Our stay was only 3 nights, just enough to explore the the old town, port area and a few other sites. Bozzali made it nice. Approximately 750 mts away from the KTEL bus stop, it's an easy 10 min walk. It about 30 mins from the Chania airport. Clean linens and towels. water heater/coffee maker, iron box, dryer, even cutlery. The AC and Wi-Fi worked fine. There are no elevators but that didn't bother us. There was a tiny balcony as well. It's just the perfect distance from the port area, 7-10 mins walk. Very close to the market and several great restaurants but away from noise. The staff kept changing but they were all so nice and polite. Helped us rent a car, airport transfers and other suggestions. A great breakfast place is steps away 'To Artopolion' (opens 6:30 am) Note: The best food in Chania is not the port side places. If you're tired of Greek food, try Laganon Fresh Pasta, Pulse Vegan-Chania.

It was a very tiny room for 2 people, not enough wardrobe space. Probably the tiniest shower I've ever had in a hotel, just manageable. Pictures on booking.com are a bit misleading. The front desk is mostly empty. No view.

Superb location! Right in the middle of Old Town, with shops and restaurants right on your doorstep. The room is large, clean, with air-conditioning which is great in this Summer weather! The staff are very responsive. Highly recommend!

Location was perfect and so easy to reach Chania old town and new town. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The beds could be more supportive and comfortable and the music from venues downstairs could maybe stop at 1am rather than 3am

Everything felt a bit grubby; the shower was very narrow and the bathroom was very small and awkward; the bathroom was constantly leaking water; complimentary toiletries (all in one shower/shampoo/hand soap!) were located in a dispenser on the wall inside the shower, such as you might find in a public toilet; there was no duvet on the bed, only sheets and a blanket; the towels were very thin and cheap and not replaced daily; the lighting operated with the key card, however this is attached to door keys, meaning you are unlocking/locking doors in the dark. The room opened directly onto onto a precipitous flight of stairs (again in the dark).
