Super friendly Staff, fantastic food, great facilities

The hotel is amazing. It is very clean, despite the many kids running around non-stop. Food was amazing, all in all it was a very good relaxing stay.

They need to work on having enough available staff at the restaurant and the bar.

Location was great and facilities were new.

Pool water was a bit cold and service outside restaurant was slow, not an adult 5 star.

The food was amazing, lots of variety, for every type of diet, including lots of healthy options. The kid's club was so good I had to drag my daughter away every evening! Spa was really nice with lots of nice treatments. Great for families.

It's a new hotel and they were doing construction: there was a lot of drilling and hammering while my elderly parents wanted to have a nap, every day we were there - I can imagine small kids and babies too. It was my daughter's birthday one day and the front desk forgot to inform the restaurant on what I agreed for her celebration. Luckily the kitchen and restaurant recovered quickly. Worst thing: No remorse or wanting to right-set anything when I checked out. Just a 'sorry' and no concern that I wasn't happy with my stay or if I ever come back.

Breakfast was amazing!

Drinks and water were way too expensive, please reconsider the prices.

Huge family hotel, if u are expecting luxury, it’s not the place for you.

-Cosy modern building with lots of wood -Comfortable bed, clean and relatively well sound isolated bedroom -The reception staff was friendly. The hotel wasn’t even close to full capacity yet therefore they allowed for early check in and late check out at no extra cost which was very appreciated. -Special mention for the very friendly young woman working at the Spa and the croatian lady (with a perfect English) at the restaurant who definitely elevated the otherwise relatively disappointing experience.

We had a couple of inconveniences during our stay, some of which are certainly related to the hotel being freshly open. But I think the biggest of all is related to the staff at the restaurant area. A lot of them don’t speak a word of german and very poor english. There seem to be a mix of Eastern and South European nationalities each of them talking their own languages and several of them struggling to answer even simple requests in English. The hotel is brand new and therefore lots of things aren’t yet as they should, e.g. some common area are still dirty from the construction work, relaxation beds weren’t ready yet, etc. The hotel is very family oriented with lots of amenities for children. But for a couple who seeks quietness and relaxation I would recommend to look elsewhere. There is a Sauna and Steam bath area without kids but the bathing area is super noisy and the water slides make loud shouts and noises unavoidable. The water temperature by the pool is quite cold, fine for swimming although it isn’t really large enough for a proper swim, but definitely not comfortable to stay for extended relaxation. Also we were disappointed that there wasn’t even a single warm whirlpool. The whole area seems more appropriate for kids than adults. For over 420 EUR a night, we were expecting a proper table served dinner and instead of that it was a buffet. The buffet certainly had a lot to offer but it is far from the experience of a 6 course table-served dinner. You don’t get to eat the same things at the same pace as your partner. Also, warning if you have specific food requirements. They didn’t take them into consideration for us despite advertising long time ahead and getting confirmation by email. Vegans and other gluten or lactose intolerants beware.

Le personnel est super notamment au club enfants. Le spa est incroyable.

Der e-Zug zum Lift fuhr nicht… unsere Kids waren n biz enttäuscht. Tisch für s Abendessen wieder mal fast in der Eingangshalle… cool für die Kids. Für mich madig! Sturz in der Hotelrutsche hat den Aufenthalt für mich diesmal leider sehr vermiest…

Sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und schmeckte vorzüglich.

Krasný rodinný hotel, hodně aktivit a prostředí pro děti, vůbec to ale nerušilo posezení v loby baru. Na hotelu bylo vše, nadherné wellness, výborná kuchyně…

Všechno.

Het eten was erg lekker. Er was voldoende keuze en afwisseling.

L’établissement adapté pour les familles avec enfants de tout âge. Les chambres, les installations, la nourriture au restaurant le soir, le panel de divertissements, les demandes personnelles (barrière pour lit enfant) octroyés sur demande etc etc

Le repas de midi a 14:00, trop tard pour une famille avec des enfants en bas âge. Donc il faut payer au bar pour manger avant. Le barman très désagréable qui contrastait totalement avec tous les autres employés adorables de l’établissement. Les 10EUR de pourboire par jour ajoutés automatiquement à la facture. J’aime choisir à qui je donne des pourboires.

Tout est adapté pour les familles avec enfants pour qu’ils s’amusent . Les buffets de nourriture étaient incroyablement Bons

Beaucoup de bruit , difficile de se poser quelque part tranquillement dans l’hôtel. La propreté de la chambre n’était pas optimale .

Schöne Lage am Stausee, gute Wandermöglichkeiten am Golm, tolles Zimmer mit schönen Balkon, vielfältige Möglichkeiten für Kinder, buntes Kinderangebot, leckeres Buffet am Morgen und am Abend Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden. Die Kinder (4 J. und 8 J.) haben sich richtig wohl gefühlt und konnten sich super ausleben.

Buffet-es hatte für jeden etwas dabei. Aussenterrasse und Spielplätze sind schön. Die Kinder haben die Zeit in der Spielarea/Turnhalle sehr genossen!

Da es regnerisch war und sich alles auf Innen konzentrierte-war es sehr voll und lärmig überall. Pool und Spielarea sehr konzentriert-ein bisschen mehr Luft und ruhigere Sitzmöglichkeiten hätten dem Konzept gutgetan.Lärmdämmung vermutlich nicht so gut🙃

De klantenservice viel erg tegen , 1 nacht gebleven en 3 moeten betalen kregen ons geld niet terug. Bedden erg hard .

Alles Super! Eine Mini Kleinigkeit wäre, mehr Auswahl bei den Cocktails

Das Hotel war schon von Aussen sehr schön. Bei der Ankunft wurde unser Gepäck auf unser Zimmer gebracht und unser Auto in die Garage gefahren. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber. Der Pool sehr entspannend und die Rutschbahnen waren bei den Kindern der Hit. Im Restaurant war es, wie in anderen Bewertungen beschrieben, durch die vielen kleinen Kinder recht laut, was uns mit grösseren Kindern jedoch nicht störte. Die Rezeptionistin Klaudia hat sich sehr zuvorkommend um ein Anliegen gekümmert, super Kundenfreundlichkeit! Viele Mitarbeitende sprechen kein Deutsch, geben sich jedoch sehr grosse Mühe und waren sehr freundlich. Alles in Allem ein toller, erholsamer Aufenthalt.
