The house was clean, and the air conditioning was cold. The beds were comfortable. It was nice to have the bottom area that opened, with another small kitchen and refrigerator. The pool was fun to hang out at during the day. Fishing from the dock was good, and we caught redfish. No keepers though. The outside lights were great and really lit up the yard. The property even had pool floats to be used in the pool.
The upstairs kitchen had a broken cabinet. The clay dishes were chipped and needed to be replaced. One of the bedrooms didn't have a ceiling fan.

Location and Pool were great for our visit. Check in and out was easy
extra room with kids bunks - only access through bedroom inconvenient. Toilet on middle floor sticking and not flushing properly. A/C unit on middle floor condensation on floor

The location was wonderful. It was close to town and its adventures but in a quiet location. Private pool and Dock ! Could not get better. The house was clean and well furnished. View was fabulous.
The house shows some minor signs of wear. Ground level floor was mostly unfinished.
