Sun loungers. Parking in a large private car park for the exclusive use of guests, 30m away. Pets are welcome provided they are not large enough to jump over the terrace wall. Superbly situated on the edge of the harbor, this charming property offers unobstructed views of Cap de Carteret. You can set off on foot from the house for a lovely walk in this natural setting. Similarly, to enjoy the large sandy beach of Barneville, simply follow the Avenue de la Mer which runs alongside the property. With its small flat stones and brickwork, this outbuilding exudes an authentic charm that captivated Delphine and her family. They will be delighted to share this little corner of Normandy with you and offer this cozy retreat. The large terrace is pleasant and well enclosed. Please note the narrow staircase and the slightly cramped bedroom. The proximity to the village center is a real plus, with all shops and the market within walking distance.
