Family house 100 m from the beach, ideal for holidays with family or friends.
Located in Leucate beach, terrace and large shaded garden for the siesta clinging to the cliff, sheltered from the wind.
Just renovated, air conditioning.
Duplex style accommodation 115 square meters.
On the first floor a large bedroom with private bathroom, toilet, kitchen dining room with 2 terraces, one with sea view, the other sea view and garden with braii (barbecue)
Upstairs two bedrooms with sea view, a bedroom with 4 beds (bunk beds), a bathroom and toilet.
Garden furniture, deckchair, parasol, parking space.
In summer, beach activity, Mickey Club for children, market, restaurants including the famous Ginette, animation bars of Leucate beach and Leucate village.

This was a lovely property, perfect for our 9 family mambers and very close to the beach with offstreet parking. Our host was very flexible about check in and check out times which was very helpful. Would definitely stay there again!

The house is located very close to the beach with nice sea-view. It is very well equipped and we enjoyed especially the integrated BBQ.
All communication and also the on-site care was very friendly.
We can strongly recommend.
