About this house rental
Summary:
This old barn in the heart of the hilltop village of Limeuil offers a charming experience. Let yourself be lulled by the song of the birds and its green setting. A stone's throw from the upper village, you can enjoy its magnificent alleys and take advantage of the confluence to cool off.
It is an ideal destination for discovering Périgord, located near the panoramic garden of Limeuil, artisans, pebble beaches, restaurants, hiking trails and the greenway.
The Space:
The accommodation is on one level with simple facilities. It is suitable for people with reduced mobility. There you will find 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and toilet. A large room to enjoy the sofa, the dining table and the kitchen. Two parking spaces are available in front of the house. During summer, enjoy the peace and quiet outside the hangar. You will enjoy a terrace equipped with a table, chairs and a parasol. Please note, the house does not have wifi. You can take advantage of the village's wifi. Linens, including tablecloths, tea towels and bath mats, are included in the price. However, bed and bath linen are not included. You can bring your own sheets and towels or opt for an optional supplement of €15 including tax per person per stay. Mandatory cleaning fees are provided when booking to ensure disinfection and preparation of the house between two tenants. The house must be left as you found it on the day of your arrival (clean kitchen and bathroom, fridge and cupboards emptied and clean, clean traces of visible dirt and trash emptied into containers). You also have the option to add a full cleaning option for €25/hour for 4 hours, or €100. When it's cold, heating is charged extra at €10 per day, to be paid directly to the host before departure. Out of season, if we do not have a reservation before or after your stay, you can arrange with me to arrive earlier and leave later. Enjoy an unforgettable stay in Limeuil!

The property is beautifully situated in its own grounds with views across the valley. It is spacious and clean.
Provision of crockery and cutlery is limited but otherwise the property is well equipped. Bear in mind there is no Wi-Fi but access can be gained in the village itself
We would advise ensuring that you have detailed advice on the location as the property is not easy to find from the village of Limieul. We preferred to approach it from the direction of Le Bugue - Partly in order to avoid the extremely narrow arch that one has to pass through if approaching from the village. There is parking at the property right outside the front door.

Die ehemalige Tabakscheune ist sehr schön ausgebaut und verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer für jeweils 2 Personen, eine gut ausgestattete Küche und ein großes Bad. Das Haus war sehr sauber und insgesamt zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Der überwiegende Teil ist ein lichtdurchfluteter Wohnraum, der in die offene Küche übergeht. Das Haus liegt direkt am oberen Ortsausgang von Limeuil inmitten eines großen Grundstücks. Es besteht kein Blickkontakt zu Nachbarn, und es ist ruhig. Man kann die Natur auf einer kleinen Terrasse genießen.
