Located on the heights of the town of LE BUGUE (24260) in the heart of the Périgord, you will stay in LE PHOTINIA, a quiet house with its new air conditioning. Offering a breathtaking view of nature (grove) thanks to its terrace on stilts, you will also enjoy a private unheated swimming pool (round - 3x3x1.05m - integrated into the terrace), a petanque court, a sublime sunset brushing the passage of our friends the deer.

Extremely well appointed property. A bit tricky to find and not really walkable to town centre but quiet roads, peaceful woodland setting and short driving distance to everything
