Tetszett hogy van 3 kulon haloszoba es egy nappali ahol tudtunk osszegyulni beszelgetni. A szukseges eszkozok elerhetoek a szallason. A 2-es metro ami a varoskozpontba megy nagyon kozel van, a kornyek is jo. A kerdeseinkre a chat ugyfelszolgalaton gyorsan reagaltak.

Spacious apartment. 3 spacious bedrooms. Clean bathroom. Set of towels for each guest and free welcome toiletries. Dishwasher, washing machine - fully equipped kitchen. Very close to the metro. Feels very safe. All in the pictures and description is true.
Clear check-in and check-out instructions.
You can come by car to unpack your luggage, bu you will have quite a problem to park - we only found some spots ca. 500m away from the apartment. Not a big issue - but if you arrive late it can be stressful.
Terrible communication, apart from the check-in / check-out. The apartment in general sends you multiple messages all the time that are mostly misleading and annoying - as it happened they are almost all AI.
For that reason we would NOT come again if comparable apartment is available.
We booked for 3 adults and 2 children (visible in our booking). We knew the apartment has 3 beds, but we were surprised to have only 3 blankets for 5 people. They were not even blankets - they were basic sheets. First night we had to manage, but it was NOT a good sleep. Next day we asked for the 2 additional, we got a confirmation it is coming, when nothing was coming and we inquired again, we got another confirmation and then another confirmation that it is coming. It happened all of them were AI. Then someone wrote 1 sentence they will deliver the day after. When I expressed my disappointment that for 2 nights out of 3 we will have 2 blankets missing, we got another message they will come right away. And of course they did not come that evening - it was again AI.
There were 3 wifi routers in the house and no instruction how to connect. When we asked, we got a message to look for a "guest" network and to find instruction in welcome booklet. We replied that there were NO INSTRUCTION and NO "guest" network! We got a message it would be solved soon. NOTHING. Next day we inquired again - SAME NONSENSE to look in the welcome booklet. Then finally 1,5 day later some human message told us how to connect.

Logement spacieux et en partie bien rénové, confort de la literie, l'emplacement nous a bien convenu pour visiter la ville et ses alentours en meteo, en tram, à pieds
En arrivant, le logement n'était pas chauffé (vacances de Noël), après avoir sollicité de l'aide à la conciergerie, nous avons pu allumer les clims reversibles pour se rechauffer. Toutefois, malgré les chambres et le salon chauffés, l'appartement est resté assez humide (odeur et ensemble du materiel et de nos affaires humide).
Quelques accessoires de confort auraient eté appréciés (plaids, coussin supplementaire)
Cuisine sans chauffage, il manque un peu d'ustensiles pour cuisiner et manger en étant à l'aise (par exemple 3 fourchettes pour 5 personnes), il manquait les torchons et pas d'égouttoir donc ce n'etait pas très pratique. Mais l'ensemble restait correct pour le tarif.
