    Reception staff were all charming, hotel is gorgeous, welcome was great, car parking ideal, atmosphere on arrival just great. Young Swiss trainee was particularly lovely and should be commended. Breakfast situation really not great. Incredibly slow kitchen - 12 minutes for toast! - , portion sizes felt mean, waitress taking orders with no pad and then ( of course!) getting order wrong and side order coming when everything is finished. I feel that the breakfast service needed someone in charge, there was no supervision, pressure on waiters which seemed unfair. Room 202 is so small, it’s uncomfortable at that price hence value for money review. We would come back for sure, but not to 202 and would hope breakfast could be improved!

    It is hidden gem. Staffs are kind, room is cozy and food is so good. I can say everything is perfect.
