Modern 2/2 with Beautiful Ocean and Brickell Views

The property & location was great! The unit and view was beautiful!

We had trouble getting into the unit as the door was suppose to be unlocked. The host was quick to respond and had to remotely unlock it, which did not work at first. Door needs a new lock, which host stated he would get on top of!

I liked the location and there was plenty of room for my family. There was plenty of seating and a full kitchen. The balcony was nice.

I requested earlier check in recieved an email they would accommodate and when I arrived about 2:30 I was told to wait til my check in time so I did then I waited until 3:30 and the staff said they couldn't find my reservation, I called the host and they said my check in wasn't until 4 but the email i received said 3:30 I eventually got in shortly after 3:30 but I was traveling with 5 people and waiting in the lobby for over an hour was frustrating. The rooms were a good size but the room wasn't very clean the bed frames were very dusty and the white furniture really showed it, the original reason they gave me that I wasn't able to check in earlier was because housekeeping was in the unit so I expected the unit to be clean. For the price I expected better.

The location of the flat is very convenient. Right in the heart of Brickell so walking distance from all the fun activities and life Miami has to offer. It could host up to 5 people comfortably. Amazing views and facilities within the building too. The host was responsive about any issues that came up.

The flat given is not modern at all. One of the toilets made loud sounds in the middle of the night. The other toilet would flush but the tank won't fill up automatically. We reserved for 5 people but only got given 4 towels. There was no fob left to get into the building. The latter 2 were solved promptly by the host via our WhatsApp comms.
