Our smart lock system allows for mobile app entry and multiple digital codes for easy access ( Please note that it only works with US numbers). Need more flexibility? You can purchase a virtual fob at the front desk for around $10 (available daily from 8 AM to 10 PM).
• Washcloths are not provided.
• Please keep noise to a minimum and help us maintain a peaceful community. Parties or loud gatherings are not allowed and may result in fines by building management, which will be passed on to the responsible guest.
• To ensure a smooth check-in, it is mandatory that you inform us in advance who will be the main guest for the reservation, as this person must present themselves at the front desk upon arrival. If the registered main guest is unable to check in, a $53 fee will be required at the front desk to update the reservation with a new main guest.
⚠️ Potential for noise
Please take note you may hear occasional construction noise during the day. This is normal in an area undergoing rapid urban development and will not affect your stay at night. Recommendation: If you are sensitive to noise, we suggest bringing earplugs.

The unit was very nice. Well stocked kitchen amenities and overall furnishings were modern and in good condition. The view was amazing. Upon arrival, the linens on one of the beds was not clean and linen on another bed was damp and not dry. The biggest negative is the building elevators that stopped completely for hours on 2/5/26. We were on the 39th floor and had to walk down the stairs to the lobby. We went out for a couple hours and returned to no running elevators. We walked up to the 39th floor. When the elevators did run the key fobs did not always work on the floor you wanted to get out on. We purchased the Conekt app for our 2 phones that did not always work especially coming in from the parking garage. After check out the host contacted me regarding some clothing left behind. We did not leave any clothing and the picture they sent was not from the closet in the unit we were in.
