Host kind and welcoming and able to accommodate request to check-in early. Room usefully equipped. Despite room being in a home with shared shower/WC, I felt I had privacy and it was very quiet. Enjoyed a good night sleep.
Property advertised as Kinston-upon-Thames, but its really New Malden with Kingston centre a good walk up the road. There are plenty of buses though with late services. Nearest station Norbiton not too far away (10-15 mins walk) which is handily connected.

Location. Was good for where I needed to go. Bedroom and bed was a decent size. Friendly family.

The host was nice and friendly, easy to find place. Has the very basic you need.
The place needs deep cleaning, couldn't use kettle as some dirt started coming out. Place is cold, had the smell of mould. Very average stay, the beds not comfortable to sleep.
