I like the kitchen space the room is okay
The room doesn't have a window is not a place you want to go in summer. Then the kitchen bin is not well looked after, in a building as populated as that they should have a cleaner all day.

Fantastic location and at a very good price compared to everything else in the area
My only slight comment would be that the windows didn’t open in the room, this made the night very warm.

Good location in relation to New Malden station and Norbiton. Decent amenities in the kitchen. Bed sheets and towels included.
The state of the kitchen was pretty horrible, dirty dishes in the sink that remained all week, I assume from other students in the flat who didn’t bother to clean up after themselves. Also the window in my room didn’t open, making it unbearably hot and virtually impossible to cool down.
