The communication with the owner was smooth from the very first moment. He tried to sort out almost everything we've asked for (looked like we would arrive earlier, and were worried about our food supplier - wouldn't have had a problem to use the fridge before the actual check-in / we could stay a couple of hours longer after the check-in time as they haven't had guests the following day). We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and water. There was a smile in the voice every time we talked / asked...
We could hear the waves from our rooms 🤩
The beach was really close, but be prepared for steep steps.
A bit surprised with those stairs - either from their parking lot, also down to the beach (was close, but steep steps).
