Alessandro was very welcoming and kind as he found us on the street.
The location is excellent, just a street away from the lake, easy to walk back and forth and close to many restaurants and coffee bars.
Room was very clean.
Although the room is cozy and nice it didn't suit us 3, it's more suited for 2 people (a couple or friends) size-wise and the hot shower water wasn't enough for the 3 of us.
The photos are a bit misleading as we thought we have a small terrace for a morning coffee which wasn't true.

Absolutely clean, very nice and comfortable.
Location is very central, parking nearby is difficult, but owner was waiting, handed out the keys and helped to accomodate with my luggage.
I was absolutely positively surprised about cleanliness and comfort of the new renovated appartment with central location , but anyhow quiet night!
