We had a fantastic 12-nights family stay in Trevignano Romano - this apartment is spacious, spotless, and truly cosy, perfectly located in a lively neighborhood near cafés and restaurants, and easy to get around with kids aged 9 and 11. The private parking spot right at the building entrance was incredibly convenient, and the balcony’s picturesque lake view made every morning and evening special.
Inside, everything felt thoughtfully prepared: comfortable beds and linens, more than enough towels, air conditioning that really helped during hot days, and a full, well‑equipped kitchen plus a washing machine that made family life simple. The kids loved relaxing on the cosy living room sofas, and we appreciated the ample wardrobes, which kept our things tidy for the whole stay.
The location delivered a real local Italian vibe. Fresh bread and coffee were guaranteed each morning thanks to the café and bakery right in front of the building, and the lake itself was warm, clean, and perfect for swimming and playing in the water. Trampolines and a merry‑go‑round are just a 8‑minute walk away, which was a lovely surprise for the children.
A special thank‑you to Marny, our friendly host. Check‑in was smooth, her instructions were clear, and she responded quickly to any question—we truly felt welcomed from the first message to the last goodbye.
Small suggestion: the Wi‑Fi signal could be stronger in the kitchen.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Marny, qui nous a donné d'excellents conseils pour profiter de notre séjour. L'appartement est spacieux, parfaitement équipé et confortable. La vue sur le lac est magnifique.

La casa si affaccia sul golfo del lago, e gode di un panorama pazzesco, giorno e notte. L'Host e' molto attenta ai dettagli, molto professionale e disponibile sempre. La casa e' perfetta per 6 persone, e' dotata di tutto ed e' molto pulita ed ordinata. Mi sono goduta 5 giorni di relax, bagni, passeggiate e visite ai paesi limitrofi, che meritano davvero per il centro storico.
Tornero', anche perche' quella vista tende a dare assuefazione ❤️ Grazie Marny, a presto :-)
