La disposición de los ambientes, la zona de la parrilla y el estado en general.
No tiene aire acondicionado aunque es fresco por su construcción y ubicación.

La ubicación a menos de 100mtrs del Dique y 8 cuadras de Microcentro. La tranquilidad del barrio, la comodidad, todo fue muy reconfortante. La atención de NACHO, un capo. Mostró las instalaciones dando tips y su buena predisposición para el servicio. A destacar la excelencia de los padres de Nacho que, si bien eran vecinos, nos atendieron de la misma manera como si nos alojarnos con ellos.
