El departamento es muy luminoso y muy agradable. Es tal cual se ve en la foto. Viene bien equipado (tiene todo lo que uso necesita). Una cuestión a destacar es que el departamento es súper calentito. Uno realmente no pasa frío. Eso es algo muy importante para mí. Finalmente destaco la amabilidad y buena predisposición de Fede.

La ubicación es excepcional. Podes moverte caminando o en vehículo para cualquier lado. Totalmente equipado y con cochera propia de pago adicional pero muy barata. Entras y salís solo sin esperar a nadie. Todo muy moderno y funcional.
La limpieza era buena en general en todo el departamento, pero habían varios pelos en el baño y piso. Solo eso a revisar.
