Views from every room were beautiful. A large selection of vinyl music and plenty of living space. Full freezer but we did not use any of it. TV was set up with a few services.

The price is a bit high but the house is very nice.

Very beautiful, spacious, modern house overlooking lake Oppostrynvatnet. Perfect for a family / group of friends on a road trip in Norway or just wanting to relax for a few days in a beautiful natural setting. The owner couldn’t have been more helpful: very responsive and accommodating, even gave us an excellent recommendation for a restaurant in nearby Stryn. The house really felt like a home. We couldn’t recommend it more! Most probably best place we’ve stayed in during our one week trip in Norway (including hotels and other rental houses). We will be back!

Location (incredible view over Stryn Lake, one of the most beautiful spots in Fjord-Norway), spacious house, fully renovated with authentic details. Very clean (we've seen otherwise ...). Very good internet (downstairs anyway 😉). Very active and responsive host. A real gem, has potential to become 'extraordinary' after some things are added or moderated.

The extreme small and steep stairs (with small steps) were really difficult for my wife (in our opinion this stairs make the house not suitable for people who are less mobile). All 4 bedrooms are upstairs, only 1 bathroom/toilet (and downstairs...makes one dependable on the stairs). Suggest an extra bathroom upstairs, more than enough space available. Outside premises are restricted, a terrace would be a good idea. Internet too weak for installed TV upstairs. Range extender needed.
