Nice room. Clean. Good Pool and Gym. Booked for my friends as a treat after their Uni Exams. They had a Lovely Stay so much so i extended an extra night
Had to take a substitute room the 1st night as the booked room wasn't available.

C’est un appartement dans une tour, notre van de l’aéroport connaissait le lieu, heureusement car MAPS.ME et Google Map était un peu perdu.
Il y a tout dans l’appartement et un mall à 200 mètres.
Le problème aux Philippines c’est le bruit, heureusement l’appartement est un peu éloigné du boulevard.

The property is just so ready for us in our business staycation, it already has the facilities and tools from the usual that every property has all the way up to the spoon and fork.
There is just a slight inconvenience with the building security guards as they are not that direct in informing us regarding the free parking (but only until 10PM) and paid parking, I hope they will be more clear soon about those 2 types of parking.

Room is super clean and cozy plus very accommodating property owner. Location is perfect too. Will definitely book this place again in the future!
